The house dates back to the early 20th century and was built using the characteristic Prussian technology. Wooden ceiling, external walls made of masonry with a thermal void, internal walls made of red brick. It was built in 1905 by a notary. The villa housed both an apartment and the offices of the notary's office. After World War II, the property was converted into a pharmacy, which was located on the ground floor. The upper floors were designated for staff apartments. The last 30 years have been devoted to restoring and reviving the property's former style. The orginal details inside are well preserved. Currently, the building does not require any financial investment and is in continuous use. The villa includes a garden with an area of about 800 m².
