A historic plot located in an autonomous forest east of the village of Czerna, a neighboring community of Iłowa in the Polish-German border region (Lubusz Voivodeship).

This is a former industrialist's mansion from 1905 with two separate building sections, each accessible by its own driveway.

The west part was designed as a building with two wings and a staircase in the eastern wing. The south wing had a large representative hall with a rectangular annex forming the ground floor of the tower. The eastern facade is complemented by an open arcade gallery with a veranda, a risalit, and a front staircase.

In the post-war period, the mansion served as a holiday and recreation home for the Żagań textile works. In the 1980s, the industrial association Libella moved its production operations there.

After 1990, the villa stood empty. Since a fire in October 2005, the building has been a ruin. In the now overgrown park, which covers 1.2 hectares, there are trees over 200 years old.
