We are selling our beautiful lakeside manor, located in the enchanting natural landscape of Masuria, about 20 km from Olsztyn (Allenstein).

 

The neoclassical manor was built between 1810 and 1820 for the Schilke family and is listed as a historic monument. With a total area of 1,220 square meters, it offers ample space for various private and commercial purposes.

 

On the ground floor, there are several salons and spacious rooms, including a living room, a dining room, a library, an orangery, and a suite. The 9-hectare park surrounds the lake directly and is home to over 100-year-old deciduous trees and even older maple trees.
