Lubiatów manor dates back to the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. It covers approximately 750 m² and is situated within a small park featuring a pond and numerous old trees on an approximately 5-hectare plot. Lubiatów is located just 30 minutes from Łódź and around 90 minutes from Warsaw.

BUILDING

The country manor underwent its first renovation 10 years ago, which included replacement of windows, renewal of the facade, roof restoration and insulation, conversion of the attic, and renewal of water, sewage, heating, and electrical installations. The grand ground floor, spacious attic, and bright basement offer versatile adaptation and design possibilities. Original decorations and the wooden staircase in the main entrance area have been preserved. Further renovation work is needed. Following this, the property can be used for various purposes, both commercial and residential, as there are no usage restrictions. Electricity is already connected, and the water connection is at the roadside.

LISTED STATUS FOR PARK ONLY

The manor itself is not listed in the monument registry. The park, however, is registered: No. 20/P-IX-5 dated 26.10.1948 and 308 dated 31.08.198.

HISTORY

The manor was built in the latter half of the 19th century in eclectic style, serving as the center of a large estate. In the 19th century, it was owned by, among others, Zbigniew Płończyński. In the early 20th century, the Puławski family took over the property and managed it until 1939. During the German occupation, the estate was administered by the Germans. After land reforms, part of the land belonged to the state agricultural cooperative (PGR) and was later used by the State Stud in Bogusławice. Following World War II, the mansion housed a school and kindergarten. Since 1999, the mansion has been owned by the current owner.

This property is surrounded by a large, natural landscape park. From the building, there is a view to the south of a pond surrounded by old trees, primarily linden, maple, and hornbeam. In front of the pond runs a chestnut avenue perpendicular to the park's axis.
