Baroque castle near German Border

This historic château, located just a few kilometres from the charming town of Klatovy, underwent a Baroque transformation in the 17th century and acquired its current appearance in the 19th century. The estate spans approximately 2.2 hectares, with a built-up area of 722 m² and a total interior floor space of 930 m² across two levels.

The property has been partially renovated. Most of the roofing has been replaced, and a 210 m² apartment has been created on the ground floor. The second floor features several living rooms with en-suite bathrooms, which are usable in their current state. However, the majority of the château requires further renovation.

The farm spans 6,000 m² and consists of a square of traditional buildings, two sides of which border the château’s park.

The farm is available for purchase at 6 million CZK, either together with the château or separately. Quick negotiations are encouraged for those interested in acquiring the farm as part of the estate.
