Renaissance palace from the 16th century, rebuilt at the beginning of the 18th century to the present Baroque chateau. It is located near the city of Opava in the east of the Czech Republic.

The area of the chateau is 900 m², the associated park has an area of about 0.5 hectares. It was created in the 19th century. The largest part of the chateau park is leased on a long-term basis by the state, the future owner of the chateau would have a right of first refusal on this.

The castle is in a good structural condition, various renovation works have been carried out in the past years. Further modernizations are to be done. The interior has original barrel vaults and stucco ceilings. Furthermore, there is a baroque two-wing staircase and a side staircase.

The historic property is connected to all utilities: electricity, gas, water and sewage, and the local energy supply is very favorable. In the neighborhood there are well preserved agricultural cooperative buildings.
