The historic Schlössle Seeburg can tell countless stories about its time of origin as a sanatorium in 1855 as well as the traditional gastronomy that has existed there for decades. The Schlössle Seeburg is known beyond the borders of Bad Urach and attracts many day trippers. Since some of the most famous hiking trails of the region lead along in the immediate vicinity of the property, it is also very popular among hikers. Due to its fairy-tale character, it has often been the backdrop for various music and television productions as well as regional and national news coverage. This apartment is currently used as an office for catering. Outside, the property has a spacious outdoor terrace which invites you to linger in fine weather. The castle is in a well-kept condition and was lovingly maintained, rebuilt, expanded and modernized. Thus, in 1982, the apartment currently used as a vacation home was added. Bad Urach is a very popular health resort at the foot of the Swabian Alb in the district of Reutlingen - Neckar-Alb region. Seeburg is located between Bad Urach and Münsingen in the middle of the Ermstal valley and the Swabian Alb biosphere area. Due to the narrowness of the upper Ermstal, Seeburg is framed by the rugged rocks of the Swabian Alb. Bad Urach attracts many vacationers with its numerous attractions. Thus, in addition to very many hiking and mountain biking opportunities, there is the famous Urach waterfall, the beautiful viewing platform Kunstmühlefels, the Residenzschloss Urach and the thermal spa Bad Urach, which invites you to relax. Via the B465, the B28 and the B313 you can also quickly reach Metzingen, the popular outlet city of numerous well-known fashion brands. Stuttgart airport is about 39 km away and thus easily accessible. Bus connections are of course also available in the Neckar-Alb network. In Bad Urach itself, there is a train connection with which you can reach Stuttgart city center in only about 45 minutes.

The brokerage contract with us is concluded by an agreement in text form or by the use of our brokerage services on the basis of the property exposé and its conditions. The amount of the brokerage fee is based on the legal regulations on the division of the brokerage fee that have come into force since 23.12.2020. In this case, the brokerage fee for both parties (owner and buyer) is 4.76% on the purchase price including VAT and is earned and due upon notarial conclusion of the contract.
