For sale is a beautifully styled artist's house by Tomasz Krzysica and Agata Tomczyk-Krzysica. The house has an area of approximately 120 square meters and is located directly by the forest, near Gryfice, in the village of Popiele. It is only 20 km to the sea, along the route of the Rewal narrow-gauge railway.

The property offers privacy and tranquility, as well as proximity to nature, while ensuring easy access to the city and a short distance to the Baltic Sea (25 minutes to Pobierowo).

The house consists of a large open kitchen with dining area, a living room, an anteroom, a bathroom, and two bedrooms upstairs. Outside, there is a terrace - a wooden mezzanine. The plot is 645 m² and has a well-maintained, cozy garden that directly adjoins a beech forest. From the street, it is fenced with a wooden fence and a hornbeam hedge. On the property, there is a carport with two parking spaces. Additionally, there is a cellar with windows of about 50 m².

Room Heights:

  • Kitchen with dining area (extension from 2010): 3.20 m
  • Living room with ground floor area: 2.80 m
  • Upper floor: 2.50 m

House: approx. 120 m² + approx. 15 m² terrace - total 135 m².

The house was built in 1936, underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2012, and has been continuously maintained since then. The building is not listed, which allowed for the development of its beautiful style without hindrance. The owners preserved its historical value as a former railway guardhouse for the narrow-gauge railway, combining their artistic sensitivity with the half-timbered and Art Nouveau styles.

The country home is fully furnished (Art Nouveau furniture, unique decorations, and decorative details, all included in the price). The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and two gas burners. The house has its own boiler room (pellet and eco-pea coal feeder), its own deep well, water purification filters, and an eco-drainage system. There is the possibility of connecting to the municipal sewage system. Additionally, the house has its own generator for emergency power supply.

Within the walls of this exceptional house, operatic music resounded, sung by Tomasz Krzysica, winner of the first prize for opera voices in Milan, soloist of the Warsaw Opera, the Chamber Opera, and the Polish Royal Opera. The artist used the benefits of this unique place to prepare for tours.

The forest area is a clean ecological zone inhabited by wildlife and birds, and it was planned to be included in the Natura 2000 project.

In the vicinity, there are:

  • A forest hiking trail (50 m from the house)
  • The route of the restored narrow-gauge railway (from the windows of the house, you can see the neighboring narrow-gauge railway station, from which you can travel to Rewal, Pogorzelica, Trzęsacz. The train departs at 8:52 and returns at 19:30)
  • A horse stable
  • The beautiful Rybokarty palace with numerous cultural events (hotel, exhibitions, concerts, occasional celebrations)
