Partially renovated castle complex with 10 hectares of land near Brno - building permit for hotel available.

The castle, which dates back to the 12th century, has 80 rooms and six large halls. These rooms are located in the main building, the granary and various outbuildings and farm buildings. Around 40% of the renovation work on the castle has been completed to date, with all the roof areas having been renewed. The castle is connected to the municipal water supply and also has its own castle well. Power is supplied via a transformer station on the property.

Water, heating and electricity have so far been introduced in the rooms used for public events and in the owners' apartments. Planning permission has been granted for the construction of 20 hotel rooms in the attic of the castle granary, as well as for the construction of the entrance reception and sanitary facilities. Written permission has also been granted for the construction of an external glass elevator.

The total size of the property is 10 hectares, of which 3 hectares are woodland.
