  4. 120,000 m² Property size
Schloss Gröditzburg (Grodziec) was built on a rectangular ground plan with two long side wings in the years 1718-1727, probably by J. Peintner.

It is situated below the castle hill in a spacious park and has a strongly accentuated and richly decorated central section with a balcony portal. The main entrance leads to the park side of the castle via a hall with vaulted ceilings.

The palace building has been partially renovated in recent years, the most important measures being the re-roofing and draining of the cellar.
Inside, there are several historically valuable rooms with late Baroque stuccowork.

Gröditzburg Castle is situated in a beautiful idyllic location and has a high potential for development. After complete renovation, a hotel use or medical facility would be conceivable.

Usable area: approx. 3600 m².
Park: 12 ha.
