Rare example of Neo-Renaissance and Mannerism in Lodz

A one-story, elaborately decorated residential house with decorative dormers. The villa belonged to Otto Gehlig, German architect of historicism in Łódź. The building was completely renovated in 2016 after being abandoned for many years.
