Herringhausen Castle near Lippstadt

Herringhausen was a manor of the Westphalian noble family Schorlemer in the 16th century. The baroque moated castle was built at the beginning of the 18th century. The Schorlemer family is still the owner of the castle complex, which includes a property of more than 300 hectares.
