Gulbern Manor House (Gulbēres muiža) is located in the beautiful hilly landscape of Livonia between the villages of Vecpiebalga (Old Pebalg) and Madona (Modohn). The present manor house was built around 1900. In the second half of the 20th century extensive reconstructions were carried out. Of the outbuildings, for which a hotel project was developed in 2012, only the ruins of the barn remain.

In 1822, Landrat von Budenbrok separated two new manors from the Meselau manor - Gulbern and Grave. From 1866 the owner of the manor was Rembert Friedrich Arthur Schoultz-Ascheraden.

The manor house was built around 1900, probably according to the project of the architect H. Elpers. The brick H-shaped, one-story longitudinal building was richly decorated with two symmetrically arranged longitudinal buildings, ornamented risalites, mezzanines, pilasters and silhouettes. From the ensemble of buildings, besides the ruins of the barn, the foundations of the greenhouse are still preserved.

The park is overgrown. There is an old apple orchard that needs to be tended.
