The manor of the Balogh family, later Rudnyianszky, dates back to 1740, during the Late Baroque and Rococo periods. The last noble owner acquired the building in 1916. From 1947, it was owned by the municipality and used for various purposes, including a kindergarten, commercial spaces, a pub, and a large cinema.

After 1989, the property was returned to the descendants of the original owners, who sold it to a private investor. Renovations began in 2004, and the building has since been fully restored. Original period features have been preserved. The building comprises two floors and is partially cellar with vaulted rooms (176.10 m²). A chapel was added on the right side.

The total land area is approximately 11,000 m², including about 1 hectare of parkland. The built-up area is 2,757 m², with a total usable area of 1,055.8 m².

Due to its proximity to the thermal baths (4 km), the property is suitable for tourist or commercial purposes, such as a restaurant, café, or office spaces. It can also be used as a private residence.
