The house "U Černého orla" (Black Eagle) dates back to the 16th century. It was built for the Dionýsius Houska family and redesigned into a Renaissance building by the Italian architect Ambrosio Balli. With its striking and richly decorated facade, it dominates the marketplace in Litoměřice.
 

The multifunctional property includes both residential and retail spaces located directly on the bustling historic marketplace. The total area of the complex, including the "U Černého orla" house before reconstruction and the adjacent reconstructed Block D, is 1,913 m².
