La Piaggia - Stately country house in need of renovation in Umbria

This is a large stone and brick built property in need of complete restoration, set just below the charming medieval village of Citerna, The house is southeast facing and has spectacular views across the Tiber valley and towards the sunset. This layout is repeated on the second floor which has all the exposed beams and original floor and ceiling tiles.

There is the old pigsty with a small walled courtyard to one side of the main entrance and a further outbuilding to the side.
