This french château is a special historical gem with great development potential. However, we would like to point out that the building has been abandoned for several years and requires considerable investment. The condition is deteriorating rapidly, damage to the masonry and dry rot has been detected. We kindly ask that you only send an inquiry if you have experience in the restoration of endangered historical buildings and and can provide sufficient financial resources for this.
