Castle in southern France, currently a B&B hotel and guesthouse, approximately 50 minutes away from Toulouse Airport.

Château from the early 18th century in typical neoclassical architecture for its time: Clear, almost severe lines without turrets and decorations on a well-proportioned plot and a beautiful inner courtyard with lush vegetation. The rooms are spacious, bright, mostly square, and well-proportioned. In the outdoor area of the wooded estate, there is a beautiful 12-meter pool surrounded by lawns and shaded terraces, trees of various varieties, and even a pond. For winter guests, there is a delightful indoor pool.

The current operation style should not overly influence the buyers: there are many options for future use and rental that can be combined and customized. Currently, the ground floor is occupied by the owners: three bedrooms, a library, a farmhouse kitchen with seating for 12 people, pantries, boiler rooms, etc., and access to the indoor pool. The library can also be used as a dining room and is open to guests for dinner parties/group gatherings. The oil central heating and wood stoves ensure warmth in the short winters of southwestern France.

A wide, double-run original staircase leads to the upper floor with guest rooms. There are at least seven of them in various configurations: beautiful, spacious rooms with original parquet floors, marble fireplaces, tall windows, and rich dark wallpapers, family rooms, family suites, and numerous nooks and crannies.

On the other side of the courtyard is the guesthouse, which could also serve as the owners' residence in the future. It is currently rented as a holiday home for up to 15 guests. However, buyers may prefer to live here and rent the castle building as a "luxury holiday home" or operate it as a classic guesthouse. The gite is equipped with a fitted kitchen, dining area, and living room, a wood pellet stove, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are numerous bedrooms and two family bathrooms.

From the courtyard, you can also access an event room, where various activities take place if outdoor activities are not possible: dancing, yoga, celebrations, etc. Additionally, the property includes a large garage.

Describing the entire property with all its features and possibilities in an online presentation is only possible to a limited extent. In general, it is an old castle in good, well-maintained condition. The fireplaces, paneled walls, beautiful wallpapers, original floors, and staircase are among the original, undamaged features of the property.

However, the electrical and plumbing systems have been updated, and the roof is in excellent condition. There are cracks in the plaster here and there, but the building is also over 200 years old!

We would continue to operate the Château as a guesthouse and probably live in the adjacent holiday home. We would also continue to offer a lush, locally sourced table and host wedding receptions in the summer months. Whatever your plans, we invite you to visit!
