By the way: In some places on the Internet you may still find the statement that the purchase of a castle or historical property in Poland by foreigners is not possible. This information is simply wrong! Basically, anyone can buy a property in Poland. Restrictions or additional bureaucratic matters usually arise only in the case of large plots of land. If you are a buyer outside the European Union, you will also need a permit from the Polish Ministry of the Interior before buying. If necessary, I will be happy to advise you on this!
